Ever since 2010 I’ve made many friends in the Panshan, Jixian, Tianjin areas.

At the North Shaolin Temple Kung Fu New Year’s Eve Show December 31, I met some of Shi Yan Kong’s highly enthusiastic students.

I’m retired, and don’t really teach anymore, but I think it’s fun to help young people “learn how to learn” because there are so many good resources on the internet already. So, I’m more of a guide than a teacher.

Learning how to learn, is the most valuable lesson of all. If they follow along with me for a while, I think pretty soon they will figure out – there are resources available free, and they really can learn anything they want!
